Tailored System Set-up
For businesses just starting out that just don't have a monthly retainer in the budget right now. From $1,299, we construct a full set up of a unique system for you to follow until your business grows and you can't manage it alone anymore. Book a consultation with us at any time for 2 years for updates and modifications to your personalized system for a small fee. Whenever you're ready, we can take those tasks off your hands completely so you can focus on growth.
Invoicing Services
Struggling to keep track of which invoices are paid, not paid, or even have discount terms attached? Getting overwhelmed with chasing down clients who have overdue payments? Starting at $299 a month we've got solutions for you at Baked-In Financial.
Payroll Administration
Our staff will be able to process all of your payroll needs. Starting at $75 monthly for you and 5 employees, all you need to do is send us the time cards each pay period and employee records as they are onboarded. We will keep your business compliant with income tax regulations and payments. We primarily work with QuickBooks Payroll but other platforms can be used if preferred and are subject to base price increase as necessary.
Bill Management
Bills, bills, bills! They pile up and never seem to end. Let us manage them for you so you can keep your vendor relations satisfactory and your budget on point. Starting at $199 monthly we will make sure all bills are paid on time and in full so long as your accounts have the funds. We can also add on Budget Management wherein our expert staff can research supply options that might be better for your COGs and overhead budgets and present those changes in an easy format to compare with current costs.
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Starting at $399 monthly, our accounts payable/receivable specialist team will handle what you need. From vendor and client relations to our additional services of invoicing management and bill management that we can bundle in for a steep discount, we've got you covered.
Reconciliations
Starting at $299 monthly for two bank accounts or credit cards our bookkeepers can reconcile your accounts. We maintain your ledgers for said accounts and compare them to bank statements monthly to make sure all transactions are processed accurately and in full. Additional accounts subject to additional fees.
Clean-Ups
things get away from you when business gets busy. Don't worry, it's not your fault and we've got your back. Starting at $150 per month to clean up, we can get you right back on track to accurate and up to date logs.
Diagnostic Review
Sometimes our clients are exceptionally green when it comes to knowing what services they need from us. If that's you, don't worry, you're not alone. The financial jargon can be daunting and no one wants to choose the wrong solution. Starting at $199, we can take a full evaluation of your business needs and recommend the best services or plans for you to succeed with confidence.
End-of-Year Clean-Ups
Starting at $2,100, we can take your neglected books and get them right on track under GAAP guidelines so you can hand them to your tax advisor with confidence. Tax advisors and CPAs often charge a hefty fee to clean up your books before tax prep and filing and you deserve every penny of your tax return.
Virtual Assisting
Maybe a financial service provider is a bit beyond the scope of your needs. Perhaps a virtual assistant is the right fit for you! We can take on some of the more mundane tasks for you from emails to scheduling to even phone calls to the baby sitter if you should need starting at $499 monthly.
Financial Analysis Consultations
Need a second opinion? Need a first opinion? We are here for you. Starting at $75 our experts will analyze your financial statements and offer advice for your next moves. For an additional fee, we can generate those statements for you to present to banks, CPAs, investors, or any other parties of interest.
Financial Statements
So we don't do your books for you, you've got that under control. But you need financial statements generated for an investor or creditor or maybe a board of directors and you need us to make it happen. Starting at $65 per statement we will review your books and deliver accurate computations in GAAP formats for any accounting period you need.
